Warren A. Patton

Warren A. Patton graduated from Gary West Side High School, Gary, Indiana, in 1973, and earned a football and track scholarship to South Carolina State College, Orangeburg, South Carolina, where he was widely known by his nickname “Rail”!

He served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years retiring as a Navy Chief Journalist, E-7. While in the Navy, he earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice through the Navy Tuition Assistance Program.

During his time in the Navy, he was married twice, has a married son, Thomas, two grandchildren: Averi and Amani, and four step-children!

He has worked in a variety of professions since his time in the Navy, and currently works at the Amazon Fulfillment Center, in Markham, IL.
